1、 About signing
In order to fully protect your rights and interests, please do not rush to sign for the receipt when the machine arrives. You should first check the outer package. After confirming that the outer package is in good condition, you should also unpack the box on the spot to check whether the machine is damaged and whether the accessories are missing. After confirmation, you can sign for the receipt. If your family, friends and colleagues sign for you, please inform them of the precautions in advance.
2、 About warranty
The company is a real manufacturer direct sales, quality assurance. For the machines purchased in our company, the main components (such as motors) are guaranteed for one year, except for vulnerable parts (such as sealing tape, heating wire, etc.). Lifetime maintenance, no excellent after-sales service!
3、 Freight
Most of the machines of our company are large-scale machines, which are not suitable for express delivery. We send logistics (door-to-door delivery) uniformly. Small machines, if you need to send express, please contact customer service! In order to facilitate customers to purchase, the freight of large machines is set to 0.01 yuan, and the cost is determined according to the actual situation after communication!
