First, the material is discharged to the conveyor belt by the discharging device, and then the conveyor belt is equipped with a photoelectric switch to detect whether the discharged product meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the manual will not be discharged and the box will not be sucked. If it meets the requirements, the PLC will transmit the command to the cassette suction machine.
Secondly, generally speaking, the lower carton action is to suck a carton from the carton feed opening by a suction cup and transport it to the main production line of cartoning. The carton is fixed by a guide rail detent and opened by a push plate. At the same time, two forwardly movable detents will lift up from below to clamp the side of the carton from the front and rear directions, so that the carton can be opened at right angles and moved forward to the loading area to wait for material loading.
In addition, after filling materials and other accessories in the loading area, relevant devices will push the box into the left and right guide rails, and then cover the box. It is worth noting that before closing the box, the machine will first bend the insertion tongue of the carton, and then a push plate will push the box cover to bend, so that the insertion tongue is inserted into the box and the lock catch is fastened. The action of closing the box is a very critical action, and the completion has a great relationship with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment. Otherwise, the box capping action is not in place, which will directly affect the box loading effect.
Finally, when the food and instructions are accurately pushed into the box, the box will continue to move forward under the drive of the box chain. After that, it passes through the batch number printing device and enters the box capping process after the steel characters are printed. It should be noted that the outlet conveyor belt is equipped with a "defective product" rejection device, which can remove all the defective products detected in the previous food unloading, unpacking, filling and other processes, so as to better ensure that the food packaging boxes meet the process requirements and are all qualified products.
